Twin City Container, Inc. Acquires United Container Company, LLC
Twin City Container, Inc. announced today that it has acquired United Container Company, LLC, an industrial packaging reconditioner and plastics recycler located in Ottumwa, IA. The acquisition includes all of the reconditioning and recycling equipment located at the Ottumwa facility and will compliment Twin City Container's current industrial packaging reconditioning and recycling services.
Twin City Container will continue to service this business at its current facilities in Minnesota; the plastic recycling operations at its current location in St. Paul's Midway area and the manufacturing and reconditioning operations at its Hastings, MN facility.
