Twin City Container, Inc., a privately held, full service industrial packaging reconditioner and distributor, is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of McCollister Container Service.

 

TCC is a premier industrial packaging reconditioner. With the 2004 merger of Wirth Container, a company specializing in distribution of a wide range of new containers such as steel and plastic drums, steel and plastic pails, tin cans, plastic bottles, and many container related accessories, TCC has solidified its container and services offering and placed itself in a position to be the most diverse and efficient container supplier in the Midwest. The addition of McCollister’s reconditioning business will allow us to logistically serve each customer better from both a finished and raw drum perspective and will enhance our distribution network, supply chain and national collection programs. Our multi regional, highly regarded REPACS group will assist in this endeavor should your company require a national or more multi-regional program. We will be able to combine both Tight Head and Open Head drum reconditioning and provide expertise and flexibility for all types of new and reconditioned drums as we expand to the south.
